University of Memphis. The Department of Sociology invites applications for a faculty position to be filled at the associate or full professor rank. Employment begins August 2008. Stanford University. The Public Policy Program is seeking to hire post-doctoral Teaching Fellows to assist with the graduate program in Public Policy. The appointment will be for the academic year, starting September 1, at .75 FTE, with the possibility of renewal. Fellows will work closely with the Public Policy Program Director to set the priorities and focus of their appointment. The Department of Sociology invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position to begin August 26, 2008.
