Jaineel Aga

Jaineel Aga

Jaineel Aga is a member of Duke University’s 2007 - 2008 Masters of Engineering Management class. Over the past academic year he has used his undergraduate electrical engineering degree to analyze the effects of globalization on the semiconductor industry. He interned with Ernst and Young in Mumbai and worked on a research project at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. Jaineel was nominated as the American Red Cross intern leader and actively works on blood drives. He also serves on a career advisory committee and writes for Rival Magazine. In his spare time he plays racket ball and listens to rock music.

Molly House

Molly House

Molly House is a 2008 graduate student in Duke University’s Masters of Engineering Management Program. She received her Mechanical Engineering degree with a minor in Business and Economics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA. and interned at F2GO (A Textron Company) in the summer of 2007 with the current products group. In her free time, Molly enjoys traveling, snowboarding and movies.

Baris Guzel

Baris Guzel

At Duke University, Baris is a member of the Masters of Engineering Management Program’s 2008 class. Prior to his time at Duke, he studied Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, and Business Administration and Economics at Kaiserslautern University of Technology on an EU scholarship. After graduation, he worked for a venture capital company in Hamburg Germany. In his spare time, Baris enjoys drawing artwork using charcoals.

Tanya Srivastava

Tanya Srivastava

Tanya Srivastava is a member of the 2008 graduating class of Duke University’s Master of Engineering Management Program. She has completed her undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications in India and worked for Tata Consultancy services prior to coming to Duke. She has been involved with multinational research and value chain analysis for the cell phone industry in India and China as a part of an ongoing research into globalization. In her free time she likes to listen to music and paint.

Mingang Fu

Mingang Fu

As a member of the 2008 class of Duke University’s Master of Engineering Management Program, Mingang Fu has been involved with research collaborations between Harvard and Duke University within the Global Engineering and Entrepreneurship @ Duke research group. Mingang completed his undergraduate education with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and traveling in his free time.

Ravi Prodduturi

Ravi Prodduturi

Ravi is a member of the 2008 graduating class within the Masters of Engineering Management (MEM) Program at Duke University. He has work experience with the Computer Sciences Corporation for two years after receiving his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from IIIT in India. In addition to working for the Global Engineering and Entrepreneurship @ Duke research group, he has formulated collaborative business plans between Nosh Restaurants and Duke University and serves on the MEM Career Development Committee. In his free time, Ravi enjoys table tennis.

Kazuhiro Mitzuta

Kazuhiro Mitzuta

Prior to graduate study at Duke University, Kazuhiro Mizuta earned bachelors and masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan. Additionally, he has studied eco-friendly materials in fiber science at Cornell University as a research assistant. He is interested in ‘green’ technologies such as clean energy and biodegradable plastics, in addition to the management of these technologies. He enjoys playing tennis, baseball and golf in his free time.

Hope Lu

Hope Lu

Hope Lu is a member of Duke University’s class of 2009. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Markets and Management Certificate and minor in Biology. At Duke she is actively involved with the University’s Campus Council as an Executive Member and Programming Chain / Secretary. Hope is also a Concert Mistress of her Duke chamber quartet.

Aniket Patil

Aniket Patil

Aniket Patil is a member of the 2008 graduate student class in Duke University’s Master of Engineering Management Program. He has interned in a financial securities firm in the summer of 2007 and also has 15 months work experience in the Embedded Systems division of Tata Technologies. He is an ardent fan of obscure Wikipedia searches, cricket and P.G. Wodehouse.

Mark Marex

Mark Marex is a member of the 2008 graduating class at Duke University with a major in Economics and a certificate in the Markets and Management program. He has interned for two summers at Citigroup, Inc. and is exploring a career path in financial services. Over the past academic year he has been involved as a research assistant with the Global Engineering and Entrepreneurship @ Duke research group. His interests include classical music, architecture, real estate, skiing and travel.

Poulomi Doshi

Poulomi Doshi

Poulomi, a 2008 Graduate of the Master of Engineering Management Program at Duke University, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. She grew up in Mumbai, India and witnessed the beginning of the Outsourcing era first hand. Poulomi's areas of interest include project management and business analysis. She is actively involved in extracurricular activities and has won the 2006 Richard E. Merwin Award from IEEE Computer Society for her extraordinary contributions to her student chapters’ activities and academic excellence. Poulomi is detail oriented, takes up challenges and loves working in teams. She also enjoys traveling and fine dining.

Deepak Vedathan is a 2008 graduate of the Master of Engineering Management Program at Duke University. He received his Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Engineering from P.E.S. Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India. As a research assistant, he has focused on gathering demographic information pertaining to American born entrepreneurs. he enjoys reading fiction and listening to Bollywood film music.

Timothy McLaughlin is a graduate student at Duke University’s class of 2009 pursuing a BS in Economics with a certificate in Markets and Managements studies and a minor in Art History. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, hiking and watching old movies.

Varun Varghese

Varun Varghese

Varun Varghese is a 2008 graduate of the Masters of Engineering Management Program at Duke University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from VTU, Karnataka. He interned with National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore and has worked with Infosys Technologies Limited in the Insurance domain for two years. He is presently active in Duke’s Glaxo Smith Kline practicum in addition to his work for the Global Engineering and Entrepreneurship @ Duke research group. Varun is an avid badminton player and is a state level champion in India.
